  Every once in a while we get a craving for some batter dipped fish and chicken so we make our way to LJS. When we had arrived, there was already a good sized line but it was 5pm on a Friday so it was to be expected. I soon came to realize of the five people that were in line ahead of me 4 of them had orders over $30. Needless to say, we had to wait in line a bit before even getting our order taken. But I will not blame it on the cashier, because the people in front of us had no idea what they were doing or what they were ordering.
  
  So we ordered a small family meal for us to bring home and after we paid. We had to wait about 5 to 10 minutes for our food but it's understandable with the orders that were in front of us.
  
  When our food was ready, the manager brought it out to us in the lobby, apologized for the wait, filled containers with shrimp sauce and tartar sauce for us, and then I apologized again and thanked us for our patience.
  
  The food was fresh, of course, and exactly what I expect from Long John Silver. The service however was above and beyond anything that I have ever gotten a LJS before.

  After a long weekend at a swim meet fish seemed like the right decision. As I've said before, I don't care how the restaurant looks, it's the batter dipped fish and chips I'm after. I will five star every LJS I visit to keep them in business and to cling to my childhood obesity memories.

  This is one of the worst fast food places...they act as if they getting ready to go out of business and just there for A paycheck. I order 3 piece chicken 2 piece fish but made it home and found one piece of chicken cut into two pieces along with and average size chicken and two baby fish...smh...just taking people money...will check before leaving next time...if it's a next time

  This place is not crowded. And I expect if it were they would not be able to keep up. The dining room is worn, but clean. My food was cooked fresh to order and served piping hot. Some of the plates can be a touch expensive but for seafood it's a solid value.  Yes its greasy, but one doesn't go to a fry shop expecting otherwise.

  We don't normally have an issue with this location but when we went this time ,the employee running the register seemed a little off almost like he was on something, we had to repeat our order several times and he seemed like he was having trouble focusing on the register and what we were saying. We finally got our order after a wait . The dining area was not clean and some customers had left their garbage and food remains on the tables and floor , I guess they couldn't be bothered with walking the few feet to the trash or cleaning up their messes. There was only one employee trying to clean the dining area and run the drive through , he was very polite and helpful. My family needed the large table so he cleaned it off for all of to be able to sit at. The food was expected and not to greasy it was good. They only got one of the orders wrong but the nice employee that was running the drive took care of it for us because the employee that was supposed to be running the register and front just kinda looked confused when we told him about it. Later my little girl had to go to the bathroom so she went and was only in there for a very short time ,when she came back and informed me that she really needed to go but the bathroom was really nasty and the toilet had not been flushed and  that it tinkle all over it and number two in it and toilet tissue and trash all over the floor. I took her up to front to let one of the employees know , she told two employees about the bathroom and the manager told the employee who was acting strange to go and clean the restroom . So we went back to the table so that we could eat and wait so my little girl could go the bathroom . After a few minutes he came out she went to try to go again and walked into the restroom and walked right back out to me and got me to go with her so that I could see, he had only cleaned the toilet and sink not the floor or anything.  We finished our food and left. If you don't mind the aloof employee's or orders possibly being wrong and an unclean restaurant you can go here and the food isn't bad either and it wasn't really greasy and the food is hot not warm and doesn't taste like it has been sitting under heat lamps for hours.  I gave it my rating on the fact of the food and the redeeming employee who was so helpful.
